One Month Old Lessons

Cole turned four weeks old today. I can't believe my son is a month old, wow. Time has gone by fast. Here is what I have learned so far.

Whenever you are diapering a baby, do not wear nice clothing!

Babies shoot out, poop! Still caught off guard by that one! I just can't get pass that one.

If you have a boy, watch him very closely as you diaper him. Pee does not taste good, Yucky!

You are not a bad mom, if you let you baby cry for a little bit, it's okay!

It's also okay to have some time without baby. Yesterday my husband took care of Cole, I had a hard time letting them go. Once they left, I took the longest, most relaxing shower:)

You no longer smell like your favorite perfume, instead you smell like spit up! Sexy uh?

When you get a chance to shower take it!! Who knows when you will see the inside of the

Sleep when baby does, or you will be so sorry!

Just go with the flow and enjoy your baby. They grow up way too fast!

Those are my lessons that I have learned. Plus, the BIG One! No matter how tired you are, or how unclean you feel, when your baby looks up at you, your heart feels so much love and you feel so special!
